Each time a journey or audit runs: starting a new one, Run again, or a repeat. A run on a desktop, a tablet, and a phone counts once. The example journey every account starts with doesn’t count.
On the 1st of every month. Runs you don’t use don’t carry over.
New runs wait until the 1st, or until you upgrade. Repeats wait too, and start again on their own once there are runs left. Nothing you’ve already run is touched.
Yes, 5 runs an hour that you start yourself, on every plan, so one busy afternoon can’t use a month’s runs by accident. Repeats don’t use it up. And up to 3 runs go at once; any more wait their turn.
On Team and Enterprise, yes. Give a journey or audit a sign-in page, an email or username, and a password, and it signs in through the form before it starts, then browses signed in. It can also answer a password pop-up (basic auth) or send headers, like a preview deployment’s bypass token. Use a test account: sign-ins that ask for a code or a CAPTCHA aren’t supported. While signed in, it never signs out, deletes, pays, or sends anything, and the details are stored encrypted and never sent to the AI model.
The person who makes it, on the Team plan. Everyone they invite joins free, and the workspace’s runs come out of the owner’s plan.
Any time, from Manage billing in Settings. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free. Your journeys and audits stay.
